“We offer individual solutions” could be written on almost every company website. For someone who is currently looking for help, a concrete answer is more valuable.
Start with a situation
Choose a typical starting point for your customers. For an IT service provider, this could be an unreliable office WiFi. For a web agency, a website that is difficult to use on a smartphone. Describe the situation in such a way that those interested can recognize themselves in it.
Then explain how you proceed: What do you check first? What is decided together? What does the customer receive in the end? This turns an abstract offer into a comprehensible collaboration.
One page, one clear focus
Organize closely related content and give independent services their own space. Google recommends a logical website structure, understandable URLs and helpful content. A good page title should therefore name the specific content.
Link additional services where they help readers. A backup page can, for example, refer to ongoing IT support. The context should be clear from the text.
Use questions from real conversations
Collect questions that come up repeatedly before placing an order. Does existing hardware need to be replaced? Can a phone number stay? How does the takeover work? Answers to such questions help those interested in making a decision and give your site practical use.
- Is it clear who the service is intended for?
- Is the procedure clearly described?
- Are conditions and limits understandable?
- Is there a suitable contact method?
Use AI as editorial support
An AI can help with sorting questions and the first draft of text. Then add your actual working methods and check each specific statement. A long text without new information does not become more helpful just because it contains more search terms.
Revise pages as your offering changes. Outdated prices, products no longer offered or inappropriate contact channels generate unnecessary queries.
Read your benefits page from a new customer's perspective: Do I understand whether this offer fits my situation and how I can take the next step?
