Website and hosting
The website is provided via Hostpoint. Technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time and accessed address are processed for delivery. The hosting company may keep technical server logs. Further information can be found in the Hostpoint’s data protection information.
Fonts, images and the Irontec clip are delivered together with the website. Optional website analytics are loaded only with your consent; see the details below. When logging into the administration area, WordPress uses technically necessary session cookies.
Contact form and email
When you submit the form, your name, email address, company, selected topic and message will be sent to Irontec to process your request. The web server passes the request to info@irontec.ch. The form function does not create a copy of your message in the WordPress database. Processing and storage will then take place in our business communication, to the extent necessary for your request and existing retention obligations.
To protect against automated submissions, we use an invisible check field, time-limited form keys and shipping limits. To do this, a test value that is not stored in plain text is created from the IP address. The associated counters will be cleaned the next time the form is submitted after the short protection period has expired. An external CAPTCHA service is not loaded. Please do not submit passwords via the contact form.
Product videos from Ubiquiti
Product videos will only be loaded when you select “Load product video”. Your browser connects directly to the Ubiquiti content server. The provider receives technically necessary connection data, including your IP address. Without this click, the videos will not be requested. The following also apply Ubiquiti's privacy policy.
External links
When you open a link to a manufacturer or other source, you will leave our website. The processing of personal data is based on the instructions of the respective operator.

YouTube explainer video about the peoplefone APP
On the telephony page you can watch a video by peoplefone AG. The YouTube player loads only when you select “Load explainer video”. Before that, this video section does not connect to YouTube. Once loaded, Google receives your IP address and technical connection data, among other information. Data may be processed outside Switzerland. We use the privacy-enhanced mode on youtube-nocookie.com; this does not prevent all Google data processing after loading. “Close video” removes the player. The direct YouTube link also opens the service only when clicked.
Google privacy policyOptional website analytics with Google Analytics
With your voluntary consent, we use Google Analytics 4 provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We measure page views, contact requests successfully accepted by our server, and clicks on phone and email links to improve our website. A click does not mean that a call took place or an email was sent.
Google processes cookie identifiers, visited pages, timestamps, browser/device information and connection data. Your IP address is transmitted when connecting to Google; Google states that it does not log or store IP addresses of visitors from Switzerland, the EU or the UK. Processing by Google LLC and other recipients in the USA is possible. We do not send names, email addresses or messages from the contact form to Analytics. Our events contain no form entries. Page addresses are sent without query parameters or fragments.
We do not load the Google Analytics tag without consent. Advertising consent remains denied; our integration does not enable Google Signals or personalised advertising. Your choice is stored locally in your browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are limited to 180 days. You can withdraw consent for future processing through “Privacy settings” at the bottom of the page. This disables measurement, removes accessible Analytics cookies on our domain and reloads the page. It does not retroactively remove data already lawfully processed.
