WiFi 7 access point with spectral analysis
The UniFi U7 Pro Max is aimed at more heavily used office spaces. Eight spatial data streams and spectral analysis help when planning a WLAN with many devices active at the same time.

Spectral analysis supports the detection of occupied frequency ranges. This allows channel selection to be planned more thoroughly. Disturbances do not automatically disappear as a result; Positions and channel widths remain crucial.
The model works with 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz. Additional radio capacity is particularly interesting for parallel use. A higher model class does not replace a suitable distribution of access points.
The wired connection remains designed for 2.5 GbE. Power is supplied via PoE+. For applications with higher aggregated data traffic, the remaining network connectivity should also be considered.
Several groups work with cloud applications and video conferences. The radio analysis supports coordinated channel planning between the rooms. The number of access points is determined based on simultaneous use and room layout.
The specific equipment is checked on site based on the requirements.
The U7 Pro XGS also combines eight data streams and spectral analysis with a 10-GbE connector. This is relevant if the LAN connection requires more reserve.

Radio coverage, channel planning, PoE and roaming are tailored to rooms and devices. Guest and company networks can be specifically separated.
The required number of access points results from radio planning and measurement. Room layout, walls, simultaneous use and the capabilities of the end devices influence the result.
