Spectral analysis and 6 GHz
The analysis supports channel planning in a busy radio environment. 6 GHz complements 2.4 and 5 GHz for suitable clients. More channels only help if the range and devices match the planning.
PoE++ and a LAN port
The power supply must support PoE++. The model has a network connection. This leaves a single cable or switch port as a possible point of failure.

Planning office with large files
Several employees open large project files on a local server. A 10-GbE-PoE++ switch connects the XGS. Whether this brings an advantage is tested using client hardware, server connection and real file transfers.
The specific equipment is checked on site based on the requirements.
When does a different model make sense?
The E7 adds a second LAN port as a reserve and offers ten data streams. The XGS does not have a double LAN connection.

Does the U7 Pro XGS have two network ports?
No. It has a 10-GbE port with support for slower connection rates. The E7, for example, is intended for a redundant LAN connection.
Does Irontec support planning and setup in Switzerland?
We clarify the deployment, select the additional infrastructure and agree on setup, documentation and ongoing support. Hardware and services are clearly listed in the offer.

Plan and operate appropriately
Radio coverage, channel planning, PoE and roaming are tailored to rooms and devices. Guest and company networks can be specifically separated.
The required number of access points results from radio planning and measurement. Room layout, walls, simultaneous use and the capabilities of the end devices influence the result.
