Protection for work equipment
Detects threats on endpoints and supports incident investigation and response. Irontec accompanies the integration of the devices, coordinates protection guidelines and clarifies who processes warning messages.

Email and collaboration protection
Supplements email protection with functions against malicious links and attachments. We set up appropriate guidelines and check the handling of suspicious messages as well as the reporting channel for employees.
Business Premium includes Plan 1. Advanced features of Plan 2 must be licensed separately.
Manage devices and applications
Centrally manages supported computers, smartphones and tablets. We plan device setup, app distribution, configuration and compliance policies. On personal devices, app protection policies can regulate the handling of business data.
Intune Plan 1 is included in Business Premium. Check Intune suite and additional functions separately.
Control accounts and access
Connects user accounts, central login and multi-factor authentication. With conditional access, access rules can be linked to the device status, for example. We coordinate roles, guest accounts and entries and exits.
Entra ID P1 is included in Business Premium. P2 functions require additional authorization.

Intune supports central management of your devices and applications. With suitable Windows devices, Windows Autopilot can simplify deployment. Entra ID controls identities and access, Defender complements threat protection. Microsoft Purview provides information protection and retention features depending on the license. We examine the available options and coordinate policies, user rights and responsibilities.
For example, shares and notifications can be connected with Power Automate. Power Apps can complement simple operational applications. Before implementation, we check the required data sources and the licensing of the connections. For Microsoft 365 Copilot we select suitable tasks, clean up access rights and support a pilot operation. Copilot Chat and the extended Copilot functions in the work applications have different requirements and scope of services.
Business Basic, Standard and Premium differ in applications, protection and management. Business Premium bundles Defender for Business, Defender for Office 365 Plan 1, Intune Plan 1 and Entra ID P1, among others. Depending on the offer variant, Teams is included or available separately. We are also checking Copilot, Teams telephony and other extensions. Irontec accompanies the selection, migration and ongoing support to the agreed extent.

Defender detects and combats threats. Intune manages devices, distributes applications and checks defined device specifications. Both complement each other: A managed device needs protection, and protection functions need appropriate configurations and clear responsibilities.
That depends on the plan. Business Premium includes Defender for Business, Defender for Office 365 Plan 1, Intune Plan 1 and Entra ID P1. Other subscriptions and additional products may have different scope. We check the licensing for your users, devices and servers.
No. For business telephony, the appropriate Teams or Teams phone license and a telephony connection are required. Copilot has different chat functions and paid extensions. We clarify the specific scope required before ordering.
